– Vibrant parade! Students & masquerades storm Bamenda streets in traditional regalia with drums, dances, and ancestral energy.
– Purpose: Showcase CATUC’s cultural pride to the community!
ROYAL WELCOME 👑
– Grand entrance of HRH Fon of Mankon & Bamendankwe (Guests of Honor).
– Traditional rituals including libation pouring.
☀ AFTERNOON (12PM-5PM):
PANEL DISCUSSION 💬
– Engaging dialogue with the Fons: “Preserving Our Heritage in Modern Times”.
– Audience participation encouraged!
BADAT DANCE TROUPE 💃
– Cameroon’s premier dance group delivers electrifying performances with authentic Bamenda rhythms.
– Watch for: Acrobatics and Mbuh mask dancers!
AFRICAN FOOD BAZAAR 🍲
– 500FCFA SPECIAL: Savor ndolé, achu, koki beans prepared by CATUC’s Culinary Club.
– Complimentary palm wine & kola nuts for early arrivals!
