The department seeks to develop socially and professionally responsible leaders, managers and entrepreneurs who are prepared to add immediate value to today’s diverse and globalized business environment. We advance knowledge through a blend of theoretical and applied scholarship that informs business practice and enhances student learning.
Program Objectives
Our objectives are to:
- Develop students’ mastery of the essential content in the domain of management and entrepreneurship;
- Foster both the intellectual, managerial and entrepreneurial potentials of students;
- Enhance students’ critical thinking ability and research potentials;
- Develop students’ capabilities for generating sustainable competitive advantages in organizations;
- Equip students to pursue their chosen specialization through professional practice, related employment or further study and research.
Career Opportunities
After graduation, students can be self-employed or gain employment in profit and non-profit making organizations both at home and abroad. Our graduates are also expected to contribute to the high level man power development requirement of the country.
