SCHOOL OF TROPICAL AGRICULTURE AND NATURAL RESOURCES

The School of Agriculture and Natural Resources is committed to advancing sustainable food systems, environmental stewardship, and rural development through quality education and cutting-edge research. Offering programs that span crop science, animal husbandry, soil management, forestry, and environmental conservation, the school equips students with both the theoretical knowledge and practical skills needed to address the world’s growing agricultural and ecological challenges. Dr. Harrington has a PhD. in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of KwaZulu-Natal South Africa.

Dr. Monroe

(Ph.D. in Strategic Management – London School of Economics, UK)

Dr. Monroe is an award-winning economist and former consultant for the World Bank. Her expertise in global markets and entrepreneurship makes her a highly sought-after lecturer and mentor for aspiring business leaders.

Dr. Mei Ling Chen

(Ph.D. in Clinical Research – Johns Hopkins University, USA)

Dr. Chen is a pioneering physician-scientist specializing in infectious disease research and global health. She has published groundbreaking studies in the New England Journal of Medicine and is passionate about training the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Students Working in the Laboratory
