Orientation of Freshmen and Women for the Academic Year 2013/14
The freshmen/women of CATUC for the academic year 2013/2014 had a foretaste of the campus activities on Monday October 7, 2013, when they had the first phase of the Orientation. The Orientation programme that will run for three days will cover many of the various issues that the University has noticed will affect the lives of freshmen/women. It covers Academic, Social, Economic, Religious aspects of the student life in CATUC.

Addressing the freshmen/women, the Registrar welcomed all the freshmen and women to CATUC and reminded them of the quality that CATUC represents; a quality that makes CATUC unique. He also assured them that CATUC is determined to make her students worthy ambassadors of CATUC, a task that is impossible without quality education.
The Deputy Registrar of Students’ Affairs(DREG/SA) introduced the member of the management staff and rest of the staff members then introduced themselves to the students. He then gave a brief run down for the activities of the week.

The staff then left the freshmen and women to receive general orientation from the Students’ Affairs office staff, while anticipating to meet with students again at a more intimate level when they shall be doing the orientation at the of the Departments on Wednesday.
