Upon completing the M.Sc. in EST, I took up position as research assistant at the University of Wageningen in view to get admissions into a P.hD program. This opportunity took me back to Cameroon where I worked in collaboration with the University of Buea for one year to carry out research work on change and innovations in higher agricultural education in Cameroon. Due to my inability to secure further funding for the project, I then sought a teaching position in the department of management in the Catholic University of Cameroon in 2013 and was recruited as assistant Lecturer and later appointed acting Head of Department.
