B.Sc. Biochemistry; Minor: Medical Laboratory Technology (University of Buea).

Working Experience:

Assistant Lecturer (CATUC, STANR-Bachuo-Ntai): September 2013-till date

Teach courses in the department of Nutrition, Food Science and Technology. Give out lectures, tutorial and practical classes with students in the same department; prepare seminars within the department, and in charge of extracurricular social activities in department. Also part of on farm research team.

Assistant Lecturer-part time (COLTEC, UBa): October 2016-till date

Teach courses in Food Science and Technology department and practical classes with students in the same department; prepare seminars within the department, supervise student internship research work etc.

Field agent and project assistant (VCID kumbo): July  to Aughust 2017

Volunteer in writing and planning of projects. Go on field works. Collect and treat data, participate in seminar and project execution.

Project support Engineer (PAMOL Water Treatment Plant): August-October 2012

Develop, implement and supervise project; assist in the planning and execution of routine maintenance and repairs; monitoring, controlling and interpreting water quality parameters within the water treatment plant; ensure proper functioning of the distribution process of the portable water to individual camps.

Research Interest:

Food Engineering and Bioprocessing: interest in food preservation methods, valorisation of wast using bioprecesses, and biofuels production
